Updates and security
The work that keeps a site safe and compatible.
- Core, theme and plugin updates
- Updates tested on a copy first
- Security scans and fixes
- SSL and domain renewals
Your site updated, backed up and always online.
We take care of the technical side of your website every month: updates, backups, security, speed and monitoring, plus hours for edits and new blocks. You write to one team that knows your site.
Most companies do not need a full-time developer, but every site needs someone responsible for it. That is what a maintenance plan is.
Every site we launch gets three months of free support; after that a plan keeps it in the same condition.
needs → continued careYour developer left, the agency closed or nobody knows the passwords. We audit the site and take it over.
needs → takeover + planOnline stores and web platforms where an hour of downtime costs orders.

So a problem is noticed in minutes and fixed from a fresh copy.
Hours each month for changes your team cannot make itself.
Pick a plan by how often your site changes and how much downtime costs you. You can move to a larger plan as the site grows.

→ a site that just worksWhy a website needs regular care after launch, what a maintenance plan covers, what it costs to skip it, and how to hand your site over to a new team without losing anything.
A website is software that runs on a server connected to the internet. Even if you never change a word on it, the world around it changes: browsers update, PHP versions reach end of life, plugins publish security fixes, certificates expire and attackers scan every site for known holes.
A good maintenance plan covers four areas every month.
| Area | What we do | How often |
|---|---|---|
| Backups | Full copy of files and database, stored outside the server | Daily |
| Updates | Core, theme, plugins and libraries, tested on a copy first | Monthly or on security release |
| Monitoring | Uptime, errors, forms and SSL certificate | Continuous |
| Edits | Texts, prices, pages, blocks and small features | On request, from your monthly hours |
Each month you get a short report: what was updated, what was checked, what was fixed and how many hours were used.
Our plans start at $49 per month for basic care of a small site and go up to $299 for stores and platforms that change every week and need development time. The price depends mainly on how many hours of edits you need and how fast we must react.
Compare that with the cost of skipping it: restoring a hacked site without a backup, or a store that cannot take payments over a weekend, usually costs more than a year of maintenance.
Most of the sites we maintain run on WordPress or Laravel, and each needs a different kind of care.
Changing the team that looks after your site is simple if the accounts are in your name. Before anything else, make sure you have:
If some of these are missing, we help you recover them. Then we audit the site, set up backups and monitoring, and fix critical problems before regular maintenance starts.
Monitoring tells us within minutes that a site is down. Most outages are fixed by restoring the latest working backup or rolling back a failed update.
